General Information and Registration

MHP Performance Training Classes (co-ed ages 12-18)
MHP Coaching is offering fitness classes that cover speed, agility and strength to help propel volleyball athletes to the next level!  All classes will be led by an expert who understands how to help improve the athleticism of young athletes.

Volleyball Conditioning 12-18 years old

Our Youth Volleyball Strength & Conditioning Class is designed to help athletes build
the foundation for higher performance on the court. The class focuses on developing
explosive power, speed, agility, and total-body strength – all essential for jumping
higher, moving faster and reducing injury risk.


Athletes receive quality, hands-on instruction in proper technique, ensuring movements
are done safely and effectively. We emphasize mechanics for jumping and landing,
change of direction, core stability, and strength development tailored specifically to
volleyball demands.


Whether your athlete is new to training or looking to gain a competitive advantage, this
program builds confidence, improves athleticism, and translates directly to better
performance in games.

​Session I:  June 8th – July 16th (6 week program)

Session Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Session Times:  5:30pm-6:30pm  
Registration Options: 

  • Full Session $180/player 

  • Daily Drop In Rate - $20/player

Session II: July 20th – August 7th (3 weeks)

Session Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Session Times:  5:30pm-6:30pm  


Registration Options: 

  • Full Session $90/player 

  • Daily Drop In Rate - $20/player

Strength/Speed/Agility 12-18 years old

Our Strength and Conditioning Class is designed to develop well-rounded athletes across
all sports. This class focusses on improving overall athleticism – building speed,
strength, power, agility, and coordination that directly translates to better performance in
competition.


Led by experienced, knowledgeable instructors, athletes receive high quality coaching
with a strong emphasis on proper technique, safe progression, and intentional training.
Every session is structured to maximize results while reducing injury risk, helping
athletes move more efficiently and perform at a higher level.
We train the fundamentals that matter: acceleration and speed mechanics, explosive
power, change of direction, core strength, and body control. Whether your athlete is
preparing for the next season or looking to gain a competitive edge, this program
delivers proven results through consistent, purposeful training.
