Acceptance
& Payment Portal

Accept your offer and make payments here. When accepting your offer, there are two payment options.

Payment Option 1

Pay in full

Option one requires payment in full at acceptance of your daughter's placement offer. You MUST choose pay in full at the time of acceptance, otherwise your account will automatically be deferred to the monthly payment plan. See the chart below for this year's total cost per age group and level. Uniform fees will be noted separately, but included in your total payment in this option. 

Payment Option 2

Monthly payment plan

Option two requires a deposit at acceptance of your daughter's placement offer. By choosing this option, your account will be set up on the monthly payment plan. You are responsible for making your payment each month and can do so at the link below. See the chart below for this year's total cost per age group and level, as well as the cost of the downpayment and a monthly payment schedule, beginning in October. Uniform fees will be noted separately, but included in your initial deposit in this option.

If you'd like to accept the offer for the 2025 season, please click the green button below. For pay in full, choose "pay in full." If you'd like to set up the monthly payment plan, choose "deposit only."

More Information & Payment Portal

By accepting your player's placement offer, you agree to the following terms.

  • Cash and check payments will only be accepted if you are paying in full. Email Kenny Herbert, kenny@thecourthouseac.com, if you'd like to accept your placement and pay offline. 

  • It is your responsibility to pay your player's club fees in full regardless of your player's involvement on their team. Monthly payments must be made online.

  • In the unfortunate event that a player leaves the program early, the player is still responsible for all dues for the season with no guarantee of a refund. Pro-rated refunds will be made upon the approval of the directors, and under extenuating circumstances only.

  • Failure to make payments will result in your player's dismissal from the program. 

  • Payment in full, or the initial deposit (due upon acceptance) are required before your player receives their uniform.
