Season: December - June

​

Training:

• National Teams:  3 practices per week, 2 hours each (2 practices per week if it's a tournament weekend). Also included is small group positional training with national coaches.

• National Light Teams:  3 practices per week, 2 hours each (2 practices per week if it's a tournament weekend). 

​

Competition Level: Attend the largest and most competitive tournaments in the country. 7-9 dates.

Tournaments can be 2-4 days long.

​

Coaching Staff: Practices are organized and run by our elite national staff. Team coaches have extensive experience working with high caliber Dead Frog athletes. All teams have a head coach who has played or coached at the division 1 level. There will be several floating assistants also working within this group.

​

Uniform Package:

• National Teams:  2 long sleeve jerseys, 1 short sleeve jersey, 2 practice t-shirts, 2 pair of spandex, and warm up sweat pants and sweatshirt.  

• National Light:  2 long sleeve jerseys, 2 practice t-shirts, 1 pair of spandex, and warm up sweat pants and sweatshirt.

• National Light ( 13 and 14’s only ) - $2500

• National 15-17 - $3850
