Training

Elite Teams:

3 practices a week.  2 of them are 2 hours each, the third is a small group positional training with National Coaches

Elite level is for athletes wanting to play a National level competition schedule condensed into 3 months.  Ideal for the High School spring sport athletes, or anyone looking for high-level training during a shorter season.  Elite teams train alongside our National, National Lite and Regional teams

Coaching & Competition

Competition Level:

Attend the largest and most competitive tournaments in the Region, in the highest divisions.

6 competition dates, each lasting 2-3 days.

Coaching Staff:

Practices are organized and run by our elite national staff.  Team coaches have extensive experience working with high caliber Dead Frog athletes. All teams have a head coach who has played or coached at a Division 1 level.  Several floating assistants will also work with this group.

Uniform Packages

Elite Teams: 

Uniforms will be ordered directly through Mizuno on their website this year. Cost of the required items in the package will be $TBD.

Players will be required to order the following:

​

First Year Dead Frog Athletes will be required to order: 2 long sleeve jerseys, 1 short sleeve jersey, 2 pairs of Mizuno spandex, backpack, hoodie and joggers.

Returning Dead Frog Athletes will be required to order: 2 long sleeve jerseys, 1 short sleeve jersey, 2 pairs of Mizuno spandex  

with the option to purchase backback, hoodie and jogger if you need a replacement
